Guidelines for using the listserv:

1. Messages posted to the list should be time sensitive and of general interest to everyone. (For more narrow topic discussions, direct responses to the discussion forum or request that they email you individually, off-list.)

2. If you reply to a message, the "To" recipient will automatically be the entire list group. If you want to respond to only that individual rather than the entire group, you will need to cut and paste that person's email into the "To" field before sending.

3. Be nice. Typed text can't convey voice intonation so be careful how you phrase things. "When in doubt, leave it out."
