PARKING PERMITS
Several areas in Wyman Park are parking
permit restricted on weekdays. Participation in the program is limited
to residents only. The permit increases the chances of finding a
parking space by stimulating turnover and eliminating storage of
non-resident vehicles. The Wyman Park neighborhood is in the area
called Keswick, area number 25.
Current permits expire May 31, 2010

Obtaining a Parking Permit
Permits are $20 for a permit sticker and
$20 each for visitor dashboard permits; they are valid for one year.
Do It Yourself (in person)
You can obtain a parking permit yourself by going to the Parking
Authority office, 200 W. Lombard Street, with proof of residency
and car registration. This cannot be done sooner than May 20.
Do It Yourself (online)
To register online, you must have purchased a permit previously.
Set up on account on the website [see below] , which is easy to do. After paying for your requested permits by
credit card, you may opt to pick up the permits in person (no sooner than May 20th) or request
the neighborhood representative pick up the permit for distribution
(details below).
Please note that you cannot order your permits online until 6 weeks prior to permit expiration. This is estimated to be the week of April 19.
Pick-up through the Neighborhood Representative
Neighborhood pickup of the parking permits will occur in
May. The neighborhood representative will organize a time and date
to purchase and pick up the parking permit. The time and location of the pickup will be announced on this website and through the neighborhood email list group. You are required to bring your automobile
registration for each permit (or a driver's license showing your
Area 25 address, if you are only requesting visitor parking permits). NOTE: Only pre-paid permits (payment received by the city prior to May 20) may be picked up by the neighborhood representative. Purchase of the permits may be done online, through the mail, or in-person at the Parking Authority Office.
If you do not get the permit from the neighborhood representative
at the pre-arranged time, you must go to the Parking Permit Office
to obtain your permit.

as proof of residency.
